Justin Phills

Justin Phills - Born in Canada of Vincentian descent, Justin has been a performer with Dance Caribe Performing Company since 1995. 

 

He is the Director of the annual Caribbean Junior Folklore Dance Festival and currently serves on the Board of Directors of DCPC as the Festival, Youth & Trustees Director. Furthermore, he is the Operations Director of the Miss Teen & Junior International Dance Talent Pageant. 

 

A firm believer in education, Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, a Graduate Certificate in International Project Management from Humber College and a Master of Business Administration from Centenary College in New Jersey. 

 

He currently works for Toyota Credit Canada Inc.  Justin has been an active participant in the Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Toronto (formerly Caribana™) since 1994. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active, reading, watching movies and participating in community initiatives and events relating to the arts and Caribbean culture.  Justin is excited to be a part of Dance Caribe’s 25th Anniversary celebration!
